#MicroblogMondays: Post Bombogenesis

Not sure what #MicroblogMondays is? Read the inaugural post which explains the idea and how you can participate too.

We survived the "Bomb Cyclone" that hit Boston, with the only signs of injury being sore muscles from shoveling.

Four disorienting days later, this city is starting to get back to normal. Grey's interview was postponed to this week, making for him having back-to-back in person interviews. Add in a seeming sleepiness from everyone around me, and it's clearly going to be interesting.

More thoughts soon. But for now, I have sledding hills in my yard.

  1. My sister lives in Boston and the snow is incredible.

  2. It's so white! Have fun sledding. (Something that has always sounded like fun, but I've never experienced.)

Back-to-back interviews might be good. I think you get into practice. I certainly know I get out of practice! Though the stress is maybe not so good. Good luck to G.

  3. Being snowed in certainly has its goods and bads, so enjoy the heck out of that sledding hill. Wishing Grey much good luck.

  4. Whoa, so much snow! We got the freezing cold temperatures (windchills of -25-30! School cancelled due to dangerous cold!) but not the boatload of snow. It's so pretty, although holy shoveling! I remember a couple of winters ago when Boston had so much snow that they didn't have a place to put it, and it looked like something out of Game of Thrones. Hopefully it's a little more manageable this time! Enjoy those sledding hills. Good luck to Grey in his interviews, may there be good news soon!
